Shipping

Caring Solutions provides several shipping options through Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and Loomis, which you will choose at the time of checkout.

Please note that orders typically leave our warehouse in Alberta within 1-2 business days of being placed.  Delivery time will vary, depending upon your location.  For Express or Overnight shipping, orders must be placed prior to 11:00 am MST, Monday to Friday.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened product up to 30 days after the date of purchase.  If you would like to make a return request, please email sales@caringsolutions.ca or call us at 1-800-672-3879.  

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges incurred to return the item. When we receive the returned product, a full refund will be issued for the product only.
